WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the United States and deliver to all 50 states.

At this time, we do not ship to offshore U.S. territories or PO Box addresses.

Orders can be delivered to military locations such as APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

HOLIDAY PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Our team does not process or ship orders during major U.S. holidays, including:

New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day

Our fulfillment team operates Monday through Friday.
We do not process orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

STANDARD SHIPPING

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so you can follow your package during transit.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to review the situation and help find a suitable solution.

I MISSED MY ORDER

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may try to deliver the package up to three times. If all delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to the sender.

In this case, please contact us so we can arrange a reshipment of your order.

Please note that we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during checkout.
