ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be canceled within 9 hours after they are placed. After this time frame, the order may already be in processing and cancellation may no longer be possible.
If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
ORDER CHANGES
If you need to update your order, please contact us within 9 hours of placing the order. Once an order enters the processing stage, changes may not be possible.
