REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds may be issued for eligible returns that meet the conditions outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy. To qualify for a refund, items must generally be:

• In their original condition
• Unused and undamaged
• Returned with all items and accessories included in the original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

REFUNDS FOR CANCELED ORDERS

Orders may be canceled within the allowed cancellation window stated in our Order Cancellation Policy. If an order is successfully canceled within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued.

REFUND METHOD

All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. For security reasons, refunds cannot be transferred to a different payment method.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, our team will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days after the inspection is completed.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us review the issue, please provide clear photos or videos showing the problem with the item. Our team will evaluate the case and provide an appropriate solution.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a full refund including the original shipping cost, or provide a replacement item, depending on the customer’s preference and product availability.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time:

• Check your bank account again
• Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted
• Contact your bank for additional information regarding the transaction
