RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window for eligible purchases. This policy applies to customers who place orders within the United States, provided the request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
To start a return or exchange request, please contact us through email or the contact form on our website.
When submitting your request, please include:
• A subject line indicating Return Request or Exchange Request
• The reason for the return or exchange
Please also provide the following information to help us process your request:
• Proof of purchase
• Order number
• Your contact information and shipping address
Please note that orders do not include a return label inside the package. After receiving your request, our team will review it and send you return instructions along with a pre-paid USPS return shipping label.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Items should be dropped off with the shipping carrier within 14 days from the date you receive the pre-paid USPS return label.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
• Items must be in their original condition
• Items must be unused and undamaged
• All items and accessories must be included in the original packaging
For returns due to change of mind, a $6 restocking fee will be applied.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For exchanges, no additional fees will be charged.
Once we receive and inspect the original item, the exchange item will be shipped within 6–10 business days.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We recommend checking your order carefully after it arrives.
If you believe your item is damaged, defective, or missing, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. This will help us review the situation during the return process.
After reviewing the case, we may offer either a full refund ( including the original shipping cost) or a replacement item, depending on the circumstances.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing may take up to 7 business days, and additional time may be required for the amount to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
